An order is binding.

We reserve the right to refuse customer purchases.


To shop from us, you must be 18 years old. If you are under 18 years of age, you must have a guardian's permit and signature to order from us. If, after all, someone acts and is under the age of 18, the guardian is responsible for the child's action.

For private individuals, the Consumer Purchase Act and the Distance and Home Sales Act apply. The customer is obliged to read our terms of purchase and follow the rules and advice we give regarding purchases and product management.

All attempts at fraud are reported to the police. We reserve the right to cancel a purchase if fraud is suspected. and reserves the right to question orders that are considered untrustworthy or do not appear credible.

All prices can be chosen to enter in SEK or NOK incl. 25% VAT is added on purchases in Sweden. We reserve the right to increase VAT and other price changes that we cannot control. Shipping fee will be added.

Order Confirmation
When you have placed your order with us, you will automatically receive an order confirmation to the e-mail address you have entered at checkout. In the order confirmation, you will also receive an order number that you can refer to if you have any questions or contact us regarding your order.

Warranty

We give a 1 or 2 year warranty on our products. The warranty length and scope can be found on the product description for each product and model.

The guarantee presupposes normal use.

As a customer, you have a 3-year right to make a complaint about a product where an original defect has been discovered.


Shipping & Delivery
We deliver in Sweden and Norway.

The shipping cost is always visible in the shopping cart and depends on which shipping option you choose. (Read more about shipping options below).

Items in stock are delivered within 2-7 weekend working days. Deviations may occur. In such cases, we contact the customer.

Items that are backordered are delivered when the item is in stock normally within 2 weeks

If delivery delay occurs for any reason, we will contact you.

Of course we will do everything we can to deliver your order as quickly as possible. As a customer, however, you have the right to cancel a purchase in the event of an extensive delivery delay.
In the shopping cart, you can choose shipping options
Delivery to companies takes place at the delivery address you have specified.
If you miss your delivery, get in touch and we can track your package.

Unredeemed deliveries:
Packages remain with the agent for 14 days. If you do not pick up your package, it will be sent back to us by the shipping company. You will then be charged a fee of SEK 400 for all the overheads that affect us. A package that goes back to us unredeemed is not normally counted as a return.

Right of withdrawal / Complaint
We apply the Distance Contracts Act. This means that you as a customer have the right to return the product, without special reason. The product must be returned in unchanged condition and in the original packaging.

When exercising the right of withdrawal, you are responsible for the return cost. You as a customer are responsible for your shipment reaching us, therefore we recommend that you choose a traceable shipping method. (However, you can buy return shipping from us, which is usually cheaper, contact us in that case).

For return, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the item that you will send it in return.

If the item is incorrect or incorrectly shipped, we are responsible for return shipping.

Damaged packages or packaging must be reported directly to your agent when you pick it up. Then send an e-mail to webshop@powerplatesverige.se and tell us this.

Defective or damaged goods and hidden transport damage, we ask you to report as soon as possible, attach the picture and your order number in an e-mail to webshop@powerplatesverige.se.

We are responsible for return shipping in the event of an error or complaint, you will receive more information on how to proceed when you contact us.

Returns
To return an item to us, do the following:
1. Download and print this return slip or contact us at 07082452500 or webshop@powerplatesverige.se.
2. In order for a return to be approved, the product must be unopened, oahttps: //www.powerplatesverige.se/wp-content/uploads/2022/03/retursedel.pdfnvend and remain in any original packaging.
3. Include the return slip in the package together with your item and send to the address below.

Refund
Refund to customer in case of a return or complained item takes place as soon as we have received the item and checked it, but no later than 30 days after receipt. The repayment normally takes place via Svea Ekonomi.

Force majeure
THR Träning Hälsa & Rehab AB is exempt from sanction for failure to fulfill a certain obligation under this agreement, if the failure is based on a liberating circumstance as below and the circumstance prevents, complicates or delays the fulfillment. As a liberating circumstance shall be considered i.a. government action or omission, new or changed legislation, labor market conflict, blockade, fire, flood, sabotage, major accident or other type of natural disaster. Force majeure includes government decisions that negatively affect the market and products, e.g. restrictions in indication, warning texts, sales bans, etc., abnormal decline in the market and if the company has been exposed to criminal activity that affects the business.
