Make a “FitStop” on Personal & Chefmässan!
We are at Kistamässan, in stand J: 17 on the 21st and 22nd of February. With us we have FitStop. A fantastic solution for companies in all kinds of industries. The concept is simple: A couple of times a day you do a so-called FitStop. You train for about 3-4 minutes. Then you are done! The result is that blood circulation is greatly improved; more oxygen to the brain! The body, which may have been sedentary for several hours, is activated and this reduces the risk of suffering from "sitting sickness". When we activate ourselves in this way, a few minutes a day, we feel better, become more alert and perform better in our work. And most important of all: we counteract inactivity and the negative effects it has on us.
